Despacho Ceremony

The Haywarikuy is one of the most sacred ceremonies in the Andes. It’s based on the Andean law of Ayni, the rule that nothing ever goes one way. Haywarikuy (act of giving) is a way of giving thanks to Pachamama for everything she provides to us, her children. Preparing a despacho is a gift comprised of foods and elements that Mother Earth herself gives us; such as seeds, plant leaves, flowers, sweets, incense, etc.
In presenting this offering, we may ask for protection, health, love, and more.
An offering can be prepared for powerful healings, blessings and manifestation. Traditionally, offerings are focused on physical health, blessing land, houses, romantic partnerships, journeys, spiritual path, families, new beginnings, business and projects; to bring in the rains and the weather shifts for crops and wild-fires; and even to manifest new homes, projects, financial abundance, and any other miracles we need to make our lives joyous, abundant and loving. The only limitation is our imagination!

This has been passed down through the Quero Rainbow lineage of Chincero in Peru under guidance of Puma Quispce Singona and family . Emma connects deeply with these teachings and works daily with her Mesa  and Apus - masculine mountain energies and Nustas _ feminine spirits of Mother earth.

Emma has been guided to hold various land healing ceremonies - bring people together  to pray , commune, celebrate and anchor light within themselves and into the Earth grids at local sacred places and internationally. People are ready to come together and be in reverence with mother Earth again and it satisfies something deep in their souls to be together in sacred reciprocity - giving back through our prayers and gratitude

Emma has taken this beautiful gratitude ceremony into schools - with young children and specific girls and women’s groups and is an ambassador for being in right relationship with mother earth - Pachamama which encompasses right relationship with self - it is so important to be very generous with ourselves - and in service to her community

This journey awoke a deep remembrance of Emma's own Irish lineage on her father’s side which resulted in a pilgrimage to reconnect and offer to her ancestors of blood and bone  and her mother’s English blood line which holds a deep feminine calling - her mother, aunties, cousins and extended family, many of whom had the calling to be nurses, ministers and in healing professions- She carries the medicine woman deep in her blood and bone and has connected to her lineage of light through reconnecting to the Pukara masters and rainbow goddesses through her Andean connection.

Cacao Ceremony

CACAO IS KNOWN TO THE ANCIENT MAYAN CULTURE AS THE 'FOOD OF THE GODS.' and the ancient prophecy states when humanity has forgotten how to live in harmony then Cacao will come from the rainforest to help them remember
The active constituent in Cacao is called theobromine, and it also literally translates to the same ‘Food of the Gods’. in Ancient Latin. Theo” stands for “food” and “Broma” stands for “God”. The potential of cacao is a gateway to explore and touch the depth of our soul. Embracing such profoundness in your soul is a guide to create a finer healing ability and remembrance. - we are not really broken or need fixing - we are just de layering and in a process of remembrance.

Cacao is much more than just chocolate as we know it. It's one of the highest natural sources of calcium and magnesium in perfect ratios that are fully absorbable by the body. It also has a type of amino acid called PEA that is a pre-cursor to the happy brain chemical - serotonin.

Cacao, often called a "superfood," offers a wide range of nutritional benefits. Here are some of its key health-boosting properties:
  1. Rich in Antioxidants: Cacao is packed with flavonoids, a type of antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals, reduce inflammation, and lower the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
  2. High in Magnesium: Cacao is one of the richest plant-based sources of magnesium, a mineral essential for muscle and nerve function, regulating blood pressure, and supporting bone health.
  3. Boosts Mood and Brain Function: Cacao contains compounds like theobromine and phenylethylamine, which help enhance mood, increase energy, and improve focus. It also triggers the release of endorphins and serotonin, contributing to a sense of well-being.
  4. Good Source of Iron: Cacao is a great plant-based source of non-heme iron, which supports red blood cell production and oxygen transport in the body. Consuming cacao with vitamin C-rich foods enhances iron absorption.
  5. Promotes Cardiovascular Health: The flavonoids in cacao can help improve blood flow, reduce blood pressure, and decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases by enhancing vascular function.
  6. Contains Healthy Fats: Cacao butter, the fat in cacao, is a source of healthy monounsaturated and saturated fats, which can help with cellular function and skin health.
  7. Improves Gut Health: The fiber in cacao supports healthy digestion and promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, which is important for overall digestive health.
  8. High in Potassium: Cacao contains potassium, a mineral that helps maintain healthy blood pressure levels and supports heart health.
  9. Supports Cognitive Function: Some studies suggest that the flavonoids in cacao may enhance cognitive function and reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases by improving brain blood flow.
Ceremony is all about intention so at the beginning of any ceremony - we get clear about what we are wanting to work with - physical mental emotional spiritual ancestral - whilst journeying with the cacao and allow the healing to happen .
Emma facilitates ceremony and takes you on a very deep and transformational inner journey with the sound instruments and her beautiful voice, allowing the cacao to work with all levels of the body mind and soul .

Here are some of the key spiritual benefits people may experience during a cacao ceremony:
  1. Heart Opening Cacao is known as a heart-opening medicine. It helps participants connect with their heart space, allowing for greater compassion, self-love, and emotional healing. Many describe feeling more open, receptive, and connected to both themselves and others during the ceremony.
  2. Deepened Meditation and Inner Reflection Cacao enhances focus and stillness, which can deepen meditative states and facilitate meaningful inner reflection. It encourages participants to journey within, explore their emotions, and gain insights into their true selves or specific areas of life that need attention.
  3. Spiritual Connection and Divine Guidance Cacao is often seen as a "teacher plant" or spirit ally that offers guidance and wisdom. It can help participants connect with higher states of consciousness, their inner wisdom, and divine guidance. People may receive messages from the cacao spirit, spirit guides, or experience a greater sense of unity with the Earth and the cosmos.
  4. Emotional Release and Healing Cacao can bring unresolved emotions to the surface for healing. Through its gentle yet potent energy, participants may release blockages, old wounds, or trauma, allowing for emotional catharsis and deep transformation. Emma uses sound, movement, and  breathwork within the ceremony.
  5. Connection to Earth and Nature As cacao is deeply connected to indigenous traditions and Earth medicine, it helps participants remember their connection to the Earth. It fosters a sense of gratitude, reverence, and reciprocity for the natural world, promoting a deeper connection to the cycles of nature and Mother Earth.
  6. Creativity and Inspiration Cacao stimulates creativity and can help unlock creative energy within participants. This can manifest as inspiration for art, writing, music, or new ideas in life. By opening the heart and quieting the mind, cacao helps access the flow of creative energy from a deeper source.
  7. Balancing Feminine and Masculine Energies Cacao is considered a feminine spirit, bringing nurturing, intuitive, and gentle energy into the body and mind. In a ceremony, it helps balance the yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) energies within each person, fostering a sense of wholeness and inner harmony.
  8. Grounding and Presence The grounding nature of cacao helps participants stay present and anchored in their bodies. It can bring a deep sense of peace, centeredness, and being fully in the "now" moment, allowing for greater clarity and mindfulness in daily life.
  9. Community and Connection Cacao ceremonies are often held in groups, creating a sense of unity, belonging, and shared experience. The communal aspect of these ceremonies fosters deeper connections with others, building community, trust, and shared heart-centered energy.
  10. Manifestation and Intention Setting Cacao helps amplify intentions. Participants often use the ceremony as a sacred space for setting personal intentions, manifesting desires, or calling in healing. The energy of cacao helps to align with these intentions and bring them into greater alignment with the heart's true desires

Emma’s ceremonies are guided by intention. At the start, participants set clear personal goals, whether they are seeking healing on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level. As the ceremony progresses, the combination of cacao’s medicine and Emma’s  intuitively guided sound journey allows for profound self-exploration and transformation. The healing effects reach deep into one’s inner world, offering revelations, integration, and lasting change.
By working with Maestra Cacao, participants can experience deep inner peace, enhanced energy, and a profound sense of joy and celebration. Through these ceremonies, Emma helps individuals remember who they truly are, fostering a deep connection with the Earth and themselves. The wisdom she draws from merges ancient, time-honored practices with the needs and understanding of the modern world, creating a space for people to access their inner wisdom, healing, and creative potential.
